Surveyors are on my property without permission

I'm in Texas, and my neighbor's surveyors marked my entire property and even walked through my backyard without consent. Is it actually legal to survey someone else's property like that?

@Earthling That doesn't sound right. In Texas, surveyors generally need permission to enter private property unless there's an easement or legal right, so you might want to check local laws and possibly contact an attorney.

Do you know if Texas has any specific right of entry laws for licensed surveyors, or is it strictly up to the property owner's permission unless an easement is involved?
