$2800 for a topographic survey cost in Oregon?

Looking at getting a topographic survey done for my 10,000 sq. ft. lot in Portland. The land has a slight slope, and the quote came in at $2800. Not sure if that's reasonable or if I should keep shopping around.

Why did they price it that high, was there mention of extra work like tree shots, tight access, or utility locating that could've bumped it up?

Thanks for the feedback it helps to know that price is in the ballpark. I think you're right though. I'll get another quote or 2 just to compare apples to apples and make sure I'm not being taken for a ride. @Artof_War

That's a good question and I had to look over the quote again. They did mention locating underground utilities and a few of the big fir trees on the property. I suppose all those little things must add to the bottom line. @Taylor_
